Payment Methods & Processing

- All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway; Material Hub LLC does not store full credit card numbers on our local servers to ensure your data security.
- By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that method and authorize us to charge the total order amount.

- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars ($).
- Prices for our inventory, including high-volume safety gear and specialized tools, are subject to change based on market availability.
- Total order costs include the unit price of items (e.g., $0.80 per pair of foam-coated gloves) plus applicable shipping and taxes.
Order Confirmation & Acceptance
- An order acknowledgment does not signify our acceptance of your order.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to ensure equitable distribution of high-demand stock, such as N95 masks or specialized drill bits.
- Material Hub LLC holds the autonomous authority to cancel orders due to pricing errors or inventory discrepancies.
Shipping & Delivery Liability
- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Refunds & Returns
- Claims for damaged or missing items (e.g., broken grinding discs or missing boxes of tie wire) must be made within 2 business days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Material Hub LLC and its Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
