We take pride in the quality of our industrial tools and machinery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date, provided the items meet the criteria outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original, unused condition and suitable for resale.
- Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and certificates.
- Have no signs of wear, installation, or modification.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-ordered machinery or specially fabricated parts.
- Consumables (e.g., lubricants, drill bits) if the seal is broken.
- Clearance or “As-Is” items.
4. Process for Returns
- Authorization: Before shipping any items back, please contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
- Inspection: Once received, our technicians will inspect the item within 5 business days.
5. Refunds & Restocking Fees
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover inspection and processing of industrial equipment.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your equipment arrives damaged or fails to operate upon arrival:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
- We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Exchanges
If you ordered the incorrect specification (e.g., wrong voltage or size), we offer exchanges for the correct model. You will be responsible for the price difference and additional shipping costs.
